  • Weekly Rate - $220.00

  • *Monthly Rate - $495.00 + Electric

    • *Monthly reservations are not available online, please call the resort directly.

    Loyalty Rates: (Must be paid upon arrival)

  • 3 Months - $1320
  • 4 Months - $1760
  • 5 Months - $2200
  • 6 Months - $2475
  • Annual - $3300

    DEPOSITS

  • A $150.00 deposit is required for your monthly reservation.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All On Line Reservations will be charged a minimum $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice will be charged one day fee.

    LONG TERM RESIDENTS

  • All Long Term Rates ~ plus electric.
  • All tax is additional.
  • Long Term residents should contact SRP directly at 602-236-8888 to put the electric in their own name and arrange payment options.

    • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All RV's should be 10 years or newer.
  • Sites are designed for rigs up to 40 feet! Slide-outs - No Problem!
  • All guests must be 21 and above only.
  • Rates include (2) adults. $2 additional for extra person.
  • One vehicle recommended per site. Please see management if you have an additional vehicle.
  • All sites have 50 amp electric service, water & sewer, (30 amp available with the use of an adapter).
  • Cable TV, Telephone and High-Speed Internet available through Cox - 623-594-1000
  • Wi-Fi service available through Tengo Internet $$.
  • No charge for a limit of two friendly, quiet, small to medium sized pets.
  • Check In is 1:00pm and check Out is 12:00 noon.
